Since its inception in 1960, Dixon Bros., Inc. has grown from only one truck to operating over 120 trucks today and has over 300 trailers to transport the entire spectrum of petroleum products including gasoline, diesel, ethanol, jet fuel, propane, natural gas, butane, motor oil, antifreeze, asphalt, oil, hot oil, emulsion, ammonium nitrate, cement, bentonite, fly ash and lime. Dixon Bros., Inc. specializes in bulk transport from nine terminal locations in Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, and the Dakotas.

Jim Dixon has been involved in both business and civic organizations. He has previously served as President of the Wyoming Trucking Association, President of the Montana Motor Carriers Association, Director for 15 years on the National Tank Truck Association, and Vice-President for 12 years at Large of the American Trucking Association. Jim has also served the local community as a Vice-President of the local golf club, served as Chairman of the Newcastle Airport Board and was honored to serve as Potentate for the Kalif Shrine Temple, whose primary function is to support the Shriners Hospital for Children.
